I gotta say, the staff were genuinely friendly, especially this guy Steve the Bellman. He was super helpful, always there to carry the luggage and even got us some water for the trip when we were leaving. It’s little details like that leave an impression.

It wasn’t exactly a steal either, but I guess you pay for convenience.

Our stay at the Marriott was delightful! The accommodations were pristine, and the hotel’s underground access to the Mayo Clinic was incredibly convenient. Special shoutout to the accommodating staff who truly enhance the experience. Steve, the bellman, added a personal touch, making us feel like family every time we visited!

This place suits me perfectly, offering 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped with directions. I highly recommend trying the welcome drink! I’m coming back for a romantic escape.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy room with an extra sink which made things easier for our family. The indoor swimming pool and the relaxing jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after our busy days. The only hiccup was the early breakfast hours, but it didn’t take away from our nice experience. 😊

i recently celebrated an anniversary here and was pleased with my stay. the king room was clean, and the staff truly exceeded my expectations this time compared to my last visit. it was great having easy access to the mayo clinic through the pedestrian tunnels.

The King Room was comfy enough, but it had basics, nothing fancy. The bed and pillows were good, which helped me relax after a long day. The cleanliness was spot-on, and I liked the extra sink outside the bathroom for convenience. Some noise from the hallway, though, so that was a bit distracting at times. Overall, a decent place to crash after being out all day.

Had a few hiccups with the AC. it wasn't cooling down properly, making the room feel uncomfortably warm. The breakfast experience was slow, with overcooked food servings that didn’t quite hit the mark. I was also disappointed that the pool was closed during my stay. that’s a bummer when you expect to unwind after a long day.
